Your parcel will be delivered to your doorstep within 2-5 business days. Inside Dhaka, you will receive your product within 1-2 days, and outside Dhaka, it will take 3-5 days.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, inform our customer service at +8801907888076 in front of the delivery person. Flora Mom will process a return or exchange within 2-5 days. After 2-3 days, return requests will not be accepted.
Inside Dhaka, the delivery charge is 60 taka, and outside Dhaka, it is 120 taka. Orders above 1200 BDT qualify for free delivery. Download our app to get free delivery on orders over 1000 BDT.
Due to fluctuations in the dollar rate and shipping costs, product prices may increase or decrease. Suppliers' demand may also cause Flora Mom to change prices at any time.
